the We have received reports of some content items not showing on the Pure Portal. Generally, the issue seems to resolve itself within a day or two. Some customers have also noted that saving the affected profile in the Pure backend and then re-publishing it to the portal restores its visibility.
We are actively working to address this problem, and it has been assigned top priority.
What we are doing to correct it?
We are currently investigating the situation and appreciate customers who have already reported issues with specific examples. Additionally, we are examining automated jobs to determine if they might be contributing to the inconsistencies.
