Job log fields

Field Description
Name

Name of the job.

Note that this is the technical identifier for the job, so it may not exactly match the job name you selected from the Create new Job dropdown.

Start Time the job began.
Duration (hours)

Length of time in format H:MM:SS that it took the job to finish.

If this value is 0:00:00 then the job is currently running and hasn’t yet finished.

User The user that ran the job. Generally this is root or sync_user.
Status

Possible values:

  • Success: The job completed as expected.
  • Warning: The job completed but there was a problem with some fields and these were skipped.
  • Errors: The job completed but there was a problem with some records and these were skipped.
  • Fatal errors: The job did not complete as a disruption occurred while the job was running. The records processed before the disruption have been changed, but not those after.

We recommend that for jobs where the Status is Errors or Fatal errors to view which records were and were not updated.

Using the log entry details area

You can also click in the Success, Warnings, Errors or Fatal errors columns for the run to show only the log details with that status.
