Temporary files not deleted

For On-premise clients only: In 5.31.1-1 a bug was introduced in Pure that can cause files to not being cleaned up in its temp file storage, when files were synchronized or imported using the master list. This bug has been corrected and these files should no longer be orphaned. The files already existing in the temporary file storage, will not be cleaned up by Pure, but can safely be removed manually. They are prefixed with “file-service-is-existing-file-check”. Going forward new files in temperary storage will be automatically removed.

QABO jobs back to normal

For some time not all publications were brought into the QABO workspace and, therefore, not transferred into Pure. This issue has now been resolved. Depending on the configuration of your QABO jobs, you will start seeing missing publications being brought in within the next week.
