Coming soon: A new look and experience in the Pure help center and new master classes
We’re excited to announce that a redesigned Pure Help Center and updated training experience will launch at the end of October. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to making Pure easier to use, with support resources that are more accessible, relevant, and tailored to your needs.
The current help center and a beta site of the new help center will be live for a few weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
What’s Changing?
1. A New Help Center Design with a Task-Based Structure
2. Improved Navigation and Search
3. Centralized Training Resources
All training materials, including webinar calendars, videos, and information on our Pure Certification Courses, will now be housed in a dedicated Training section within the Help Center.
You’ll also find tailored user guides on the homepage based on your role or the module you're working with. These guides will continue to grow after launch.
4. New Webinars and Master Classes
The existing Pure Foundations Certification and three new master classes, Reporting, Searching in Pure, and Keeping Your Pure Healthy, will remain available in Canvas by request for admin users. All courses will be available on demand, so you can start learning whenever you're ready. Learn more about the Pure master classes here.

When Is This Happening?

- A beta site of the new help center will launch at the end of October. To ensure a smooth transition, both the current and new Help Centers will remain live for a few weeks. This phased rollout is designed to give you time to explore the new experience and get comfortable before we retire the old Help Center.
What’s Next?
This launch is just the beginning. Phase 2 is already underway and will focus on expanding and refining the Help Center to better support your needs.
Here’s what’s coming:
- User Guide Creation: We're building out a broader library of user guides tailored to specific roles and Pure modules. These guides will help users navigate Pure more effectively and will be developed in response to common support questions and client feedback.
- Filling Knowledge Gaps: We’re identifying missing or unclear documentation and creating new content.
- Clearer Article Titles: We’re renaming articles to make it easier to understand what each one covers at a glance.
- New Best Practice Webinars: Our “Pure and Simple” webinars will be refreshed to focus on best practices and real-world use cases.
- Multilingual Support: We’re exploring translation options to better serve our global user base.
