Scopus: Update Journals With CiteScore job was removed/retired on 5.28.0 Pure. Why?

Before 5.28.0 Pure, it used to be that the two jobs below added Citescore metrics to journals:

• Scopus: Update Journals With CiteScore job
• Scopus: Update/Create journals and metric job

While Scopus: Update/Create journals and metrics job added various metrics from Scopus including CiteScore, the former job only added CiteScore. The two jobs often overwrote each other. 

The two jobs used slightly different matching strategies, so a bigger issue was that they could potentially match two different Scopus sources to the same Pure journal and thereby mix the metrics. We decided to focus on Scopus: Update/Create journals and metric job since this job has more optimized logic.
