Request for Data Copy:
- Hosted clients should submit a Salesforce ticket specifying the source and destination environments, along with preferred downtime windows for the destination environment.
- If flexibility is needed, stating “at your earliest convenience” allows for quicker processing.
Scheduling:
- Data refresh activities are scheduled during EU/CET working hours (Monday to Friday).
- We will coordinate with customers to find convenient times, using an internal calendar for planning.
- The destination environment will be out of service for a duration of usually 15-30 minutes depending on size of the data.
Cost Policy:
- There is no cost for the customer for data copies as long as they have purchased a staging environment, following a fair use policy.
- If a customer makes multiple requests in a week or seeks a daily schedule, we may need to push back.
Automation:
- Currently, automation for scheduling data refreshes is not available.
