When looking at your cases in the Client Community portal, there are a number of filters you can use to find the cases you are looking for.
When you open My cases you will see a list similar to this:

You can then click the filter name, to select a different filter:

The most frequently used filters are:
- “My Open Product Support Cases”: cases you personally have created.
- “Open Support Cases”: all open issues created by you and your co-workers.
It is not possible to see issues from other Pure customers (ie other institutions) in the filter lists, however these sections of the portal give some visibility of things affecting all Pure customers:
- “Known Issues”": issues that affect multiple clients.
- “Ideas”: suggestions for new features and functionality that can be submitted, viewed and voted on by any customer (allowing us to quickly identify requests that are considered valuable by many different institutions).
