When looking at your cases in the Client Community portal, there are a number of filters you can use, to find the cases you are looking for.
When you open My cases you will see a list similar to this.
And then you can click the filter name, to select a different filter
The most important filters to know is
- “My Open Product Support Cases” which is a list of your personally created cases.
- “Open Support Cases” is a list of the open issues created by you and your co-workers.
Unlike in our previous support tool, it is unfortunately no longer an option to see issues from clients in the filter lists, but the “Known Issues” section of the portal will show cases that affects across multiple clients.
