You can report on Fingerprints and Concepts. This article summarises some important points to consider when using this capability.
Requirements:
Fingerprints must be enabled
Reporting module must be enabled
Report on the Research Outputs
You can create your report with the Research Outputs content type as the report driver. To include Fingerprints, add the column Fingerprints (under Master data), then add the column Included Concepts (also under Master data) to include Concepts. Select the value Name to show all Concept names for each Research Output in your report. You can use either the Wide preview or the Expand view mode to see all the values.

If the file does not save, right click and select Save as…

Understanding the type of relation
When adding relations, it is important to pay attention to the type of relation.
If you relate from Persons to Concepts, the relation is Omitted concepts. Adding this will display the concepts omitted from those Persons in your report.

If you want to see Concepts for Fingerprints associated with Persons, relate from Persons to Fingerprints, and then from Fingerprints to Concepts. This will let you to add the relation Included concepts.
Alternatively, you can start your report with Concepts to view all Persons who are associated with those Concepts.

Report on the Concepts
As mentioned above, you can also start the report from Concepts to pull all content associated with the Concepts.
You can apply filters to Concepts, such as a domain filter, for further customisation.
