At the same time, we provide a variety of information sources to help all users get the most out of Pure.

  • Pure Academy - Global training program including online webinars, videos on demand, and master classes at live Pure events. Read more about Pure Academy
  • In-Product Guidance - Interactive documentation targeted at individual roles, from researcher to administrator.
  • Customer Consultants - Once you have gone live, our customer consultants will regularly reach out to you to help you build out the value of Pure within your organization.

Committed Support

The Pure Team is available to help your local Pure administration team, starting early in the implementation phase and continuing after Pure is live at your institution.

  • Experienced Implementation Team - Our Implementation managers will help your project team set up Pure in the most effective way for your institution.
  • Pure Service Center - We provide a self-service environment for your local Pure administration team to find information and request support. Visit the Pure Help Center.
  • Dedicated Support Team - Our team of product specialists in Singapore, Denmark, and New York, are available online, by email, and by phone. When you are open for business, so are we.
