Overview
After the release of version 5.28.0, Pures will introduce a new service for database uploads to Elsevier. It's essential to note that while this change involves an internal mechanism adjustment, all aspects of Customer Data Management will remain unchanged. If you are on an older Pure version, it will still be possible to export data. Please see the relevant section below.

Hosted Customers
Simply click on the button "Execute Upload" to upload the data.
Self-hosted Customers
As a self-hosted customer, you will need a "time-based database upload code." Contact our Support team to retrieve this.
Customer on Older Versions
For users with Pure versions prior to 5.28.0, the existing method of uploading databases to WebDAV will no longer function with your Support user credentials.
To ensure a seamless transition for users with legacy Pures, we have established a dedicated service. This service facilitates the forwarding of database dumps to the new mechanism.
To make use of this specialized service, follow these steps:
- Contact our Support team to request a "time-based database upload code."
- Complete the Database Export form, making the following adjustments:
- Set the WebDAV path to:

- Set the WebDAV user to:
