How it works

The job is always running with the default schedule and it is not recommend changing this, unless you as Institution need to fulfill specific GDPR requirements or similar.

The way to change the job schedule for it to handle audit retention in a different time based on GDPR requirement is by updating the configuration entered in Data retention policy (Administrator > Data Retention Policy). When this configuration is blank, the job will be running in the default schedule.
