1. Pure Core: Administration
2. Automated search profile bug resolved
As mentioned in our incident announcement list, a bug around automated search profiles found its way into Pure. In this release we have introduced a job that will resolve the issue and reintroduce the automated search profile on the persons who was effected by the bug.

Once Pure is upgraded to version 5.15.1 a script will run. The result of this can be found in the job log under: reenableScopusImportSourceScanConfigurationsJobCallableFactory
Once the script is completed you will in the job log, find a list of persons that has been effected by the bug and where the automated search profile has been reinstated. This is for information purposes only and no further action is required.
3. Shorter retention periods for user profile-related events in audit log
As part of improvements to how personal data is handled, we have extended the available periods whereby user profile data in the audit log is retained to include shorter time spans, specifically 7, 14 and 30 days.
To modify the retention period of which user data is retained in the audit log, go to Administrator > Data retention policy and select the desired period from the drop down list in the Retention of user profile-related audit events section.
4. Country Specific: Denmark WAYF authentication
The WAYF single-sign on – used exclusively in Denmark – has altered their encryption parameters. They will discontinue support for SHA1 and exclusively support SHA256 for hashing algorithm. Read more here: https://www.wayf.dk/da/er-din-applikation-klar-til-sha-256-den-15-august
Consequently, we have updated Pure to support SHA256 from Pure version 5.15.1. This means that any Danish customers using WAYF for single-sign on need to upgrade their Pure to 5.15.1 prior to August 15th 2019. When Pure is upgraded to this version, you can enable SHA256 in the authentication mechanism settings. Please note that this needs to be enabled manually - it is not on by default. If this is not in place before August 15th, logging into your Pure via WAYF will not be possible.
