Rebuild the search indexRebuild the search index

There may be a situation that occurs in Pure that requires you to rebuild the search index. For example, if you are searching for records that you know exist, but they do not appear in the search results.

You may need to rebuild the search index if you have deployed a new instance of Pure across old data. For example, you have copied your Pure to use as a staging server.

To re-index your Pure:

1. Navigate to Administrator > System settings > Search and index.
2. Wait until the tab loads and the content types are listed.
3. Select all / relevant content types and then click Start reindexing.
