Award Management Module
Addition of ‘extended’ option for award status
We have added to options for award status to now allow customers to indicate if an award has been extended beyond its original end date, so that it is now possible to record no-cost extensions. We anticipate that customers wishing to request costed extensions will do so via the creation of related applications requiring re-costing/profiling.
The option is available as part of the status section at the head of the award record as per the following example:
Once the award record is extended, the life-cycle dates are also updated and the extension status displayed as part of the reader and editor views.
Also note that the extended date is available as part of award reporting.
Addition of milestone category options
We have now added a new category option for milestones, allowing users to allocate ‘types’ of milestone based on a configurable classification scheme. For example (and related to no-cost extensions above) and subject to allowed permissions, users may create a milestone with confirmation of request. Milestones will display the category type as a label as per the following example:
Milestones with category associations can be filtered and viewed via the milestone overview screen, and are also included as part of reporting, including relevant filter options.

In 5.30.1 we have continued aligning the renders in Pure backend such that persons and affiliations are shown in a uniform way for all content types.
