Throughout the past months, the Pure team has been working on building the new Pure Portal, offering improved flexibility, better usability and an overall better experience. We would like to clarify the current approach to the issues and improvement suggestions submitted by customers into JIRA.

In view of the above, we will be limiting the work done on the current Pure Portal.

• Any improvement suggestions will be considered for the new Pure Portal (Stella)
• There will be no changes in how we address major live issues. These will continue to be dealt with as a matter of priority.
• Bugs will not be fixed on the current Portal if a workaround is available. Minor bugs will not be fixed in the current Portal
• Please note that the customers who are not using the latest Pure version will be encouraged to update first.

This approach will help us focus and streamline all resources towards developing the new Pure Portal and make a timely transition to the improved interface possible.
