Create an Institutional CVCreate an Institutional CV

Administrators of Pure can create custom institutional CV templates tailored to specific use cases. Once created, these templates become available for Personal users to select and populate their CV. There are no limits to how many CVs that can be created of the same template.

These CVs are only visible to Personal users within the Editor > Curricula Vitae section. Other users won’t see them here and will instead need to view available CV types under Administrator > Curriculum Vitae Types.

Create a CV

Select Curriculum Vitae from the left-hand menu, then select the template.

Once loaded, the CV will populate with all the data that matches the template.

Modifying the CV

The CV is in Edit-mode.

This means that you can modify a lot of details, like name, title of CV, order of sections and which ones to include.

All fields with the pencil icon are modifiable:
Sections can be moved up or down using these arrows
The eye-icon can be used to hide a section if this is not relevant for the current CV

Once the modifications has taken place, it must be saved and thereby enter View mode.

Exporting the CV

In this mode the CV is static, which means the sections and text can not be modified. If content within a section changes, this will be reflected though. For example, if another Prize is added to Pure, this will be updated here.

The CV can be exported to Word or printed (often also as PDF).

At any time you can Edit the CV again and do further modifications. So this mode can also be used to see if the content is looking as expected.
