Administrators of Pure can get an overview of existing Curricula Vitae (CV) templates for both the classic CV module and for Institutional CV. The overview includes the template title, description, usage and the option for enabling/disabling the individual templates.
Additionally, you can create new templates or edit existing ones. Once created, these templates become available for Personal users to access and use. These CVs are only visible to Personal users within the Editor > Curricula Vitae section. Other users won’t see them here and will instead need to view available CV types under Administrator > Curriculum Vitae Types.
Overview
The overview is found at Administrator > Curricula Vitae > Curriculum Vitae types:
For each template you see the Title, Description, Usage (among of users currently using the template) and if this is enabled for the personal users (or not).
The list can be refreshed to make sure the usage numbers are up-to-date.
Templates with the Classic label, are part of the classic CV module and cannot be modified.
They are not associated with Institutional CVs.
Institutional CV templates
Each Institutional CV template has a few options:
- Can be duplicated using this icon
- Following the three dots (More options):
- Can be edited
- Can be deleted (if not in use).
