How it works
Talkback is a service in Pure that provides feedback to Elsevier about the state of that Pure instance.
Talkback works by running queries against the databases in the instance of Pure that you are running. This "usage data" is aggregated data about a group or category of services, features or configurations that does not contain personal information. For example, queries determine the most common jobs, enabled modules, use of import sources, content type volume or license information.
Please note that no content that you add to Pure (e.g. personal information or the content of records) are sent with this feature, only the system settings and fluctuations in the volume of content are communicated.
Talkback only sends data when this job is run.
Job Log
The job will log the categories of content being, for example:
INFO: Getting Pure version(s)
INFO: Getting Java version
...
INFO: Getting Cron jobs usage
INFO: Getting Content per source
...
Configuration
If you fill in an email in job configuration, the submitted data will also sent to this email address.
