What

A keyword group on e.g. Research outputs is no longer needed and you now want to remove it.

How

• Go to Administrator > Keywords > and locate the content type for the keyword group.
• Click on Edit.
• Click on the red cross in bottom right corner:
  
• A warning is now displayed and informs you that you are about to delete data.
  • This only happens if any of the Keywords has been added on content.
    
    
    • In the above example there are 153 pieces of content that will be affected.
  • Click Delete to continue. The keywords will now be bulk removed.
    • Note: This action can not be undone.
  • Click Cancel if you don't want the keywords deleted.
