What 

Sometimes Researchers would like to register all their work in Pure, including work made while employed at previous institution(s). The list below shows which content types supports solely external affiliation registrations - meaning works with no internal affiliation associated.  

How 

Solely external affiliations are supported on:

• Research outputs
• Activities
• Prizes
• Press/media

Not supported:

• Applications
• Awards
• Projects
• Courses
• Student Theses
• Datasets

(Not supported: you will not be able to save a record that has no internal affiliations associated)

The list is based on Pure version 5.29.2-2. 

If more content types are being added to the supported list in the future, this will be announced in the Release notes.
