UK: REF
Continue OA
We're continuing the REF Open Access with this release after requests from the user group. Previously the Open Access section that the REF module had introduced was not visible any more, from this release it will be.

We're removing two OA summary screens as they no longer were service their purpose, the two summary screens are:
- OA Tracking
- OA Summary
We haven't made any other changes to the REF OA so the logic is unchanged.
