Who we are
We are Pure Product Specialists and are here to assist you in your journey through Pure. We are a global team (located in Europe, Asia and the Americas).
Besides handling incoming issues the support team also handles education in Pure including writing documentation and conducting Pure Academy classes.
You are always welcome to reach out to the Support team directly, but we strongly encourage you to create cases from Pure Client Community in order to ensure that the issue is solved as fast as possible by the most competent person. By registering the cases we are able to triage the issue to one of our teams who can look into the case further and, if necessary, ask for additional information.
