Removing Research Outputs From the Filter "Claimed/Disclaimed Research Outputs"Removing Research Outputs From the Filter "Claimed/Disclaimed Research Outputs"

What

In your role as Administrator of Claims, you have some research outputs (ROs) under the filter "Claimed/disclaimed research outputs". For some of the ROs listed, you know you don't want to make any changes and would therefore like to remove / exclude them from the filter results. How can you do this?

How

If the Administrator of Claims decides not to add/remove a person on a particular RO, despite the fact that the Researcher has claimed/disclaimed it, the Administrator of Claims should open that RO and click the save button without modifying the author section.

When the Administrator of Claims has either removed/added or decided not to modify the authors of the RO and hits the save button, the Researcher who made the claim/disclaim will be notified that the claim/disclaim has been handled.

Note: If the RO in question is imported by PRS, it will be updated regularly and the author section might be updated without Administrator's action. Here, a general rule about ROs imported from QABO (PRS) is that the customer should NOT change anything because the fields changed manually won't be updated by PRS afterward; however, currently, the Administrator of Claims has to open the RO and click the save button to remove it from the filter.
