What

By default you can only assign keywords on template level either Person or Organisation and not on the relation between Person and Organisation (Staff, Student etc.).
If you need keywords on the relation between Person and Organisation. Like the below example, then this is is possible to configure.

How

Before you start ensure that the keyword group (classification scheme) is in place.

• Go to Administrator > Keywords
• Click on Add keyword group... (In top of screen)
• Select classification scheme and fill out the relevant information (Name and Logical name are automatically filled out after choosing the classification scheme).
  Note: When selecting Person under Display on Content Type an additional dropdown will become available:
  
• Click Save.
