How Can We Help?
Configurable Prize Synchronisation - Handling of OrganisationsConfigurable Prize Synchronisation - Handling of Organisations
What
In your XML file for the Configurable prize synchronisation, you have added a recipient with no affiliation and a managing organisation. Once the synchronisation has run you see that the managing organisation from the XML has been added as a recipient and locked (as if it was synced).
Why
This is Pure, not the synchronisation, that does this. The prize itself has to have an organisation in the 'Persons/organisations and period' of the Prize. Any organisation(s), therefore, noted on recipient(s) and the managing organisation is automatically added to this list.
This is done, primarily, for reporting purposes allowing you to then filter prizes on organisation and not have to specifically filter on recipient organisations or the owner. Furthermore, and a bit more complex, any organisation(s) on the recipients are hidden in the main organisation list as it would be redundant to show them twice even though they are actually in both lists.
