Requesting Institutional Token for ScopusRequesting Institutional Token for Scopus

What

How can you get your institutional token, or how can you, as a Pure Support member, help assist a client in obtaining their institutional token for Scopus?

How

To request an institution token, you should follow the instructions provided at Scopus as self import source.

When filling out the form provided in Step 2 of the above instructions, you will be asked to provide a Customer/SIS/ECR ID; this can be found in a couple of ways:

  • In the client's Pure, this can be located at Administrator > Support > Customer information
  • Quote tickets from the implementation team will always include this ID for a client.

Follow the instructions at Scopus as self import source afterward and finish the configuration set-up.
