What

You import a Research output from an online source and the import suggest an External organisation on an External person, that you don't want to import.
This might occur when there is some wrong information on the External organisation and therefore you do not want it related to the External person.

And an External organisation has been added under an External person when you import a Research output even though the External organisation was removed before it was saved.

Why

• You click "+Add content" > Research output > Import from online source
• After you find the content, you "import and match" and then click "Import and review".
• You remove the External organisation from under the External person.
  • This only has an effect in the specific record of the Research output, but not in the External person which gets imported as different record.
  • The External person will get the External organisation listed under the External person record:
    
    
    • In the "Import and match" window it is stated: "Will be created as an external organisation". This means Pure creates both, the External person and the External organisation and relates them:
      

How

• If you don't want the External organisation imported you'll have to remove the External organisation in the "Import and match" window.
  • Then only the External person is created and not the External organisation.
