In Administrator > Unified Project Module > Module configuration, there is a setting that allows you to select between "Single account with totals" and "Multiple accounts and calculated totals". Below is an explanation of the difference:
How
- When the setting is set to "Enable single totals account":
You only have one line option (total) to add in the budget
- When the setting is set to "Enable Multiple totals account":
You have multiple lines options to add to the budget. This will allow you to specify the different items in which the budget would be used/distributed. You can customize the budget lines from the classification schemes according to the customer needs:
Notes:
- Editing of budgets can be disabled / enabled, in "Enable editor for budgets on awards". Note, synchronised budgets can not be edited directly in Pure.
- The total of the different yearly amounts have to match the awarded amount, if not Pure will warn you.
