Who can edit dashboard settings, create new widgets and delete widgets?

All users with access to the dashboard, should be able to add existing widgets to a dashboard (unless it is a fixed dashboard)

But in order to create new widgets, for others to use, you need have the role of Administrator.

Administrators are also the only role that has access to share workspaces with other users.

If you access the Dashboard with another role than Administrator, you will on your own dashboard have access to the settings, but the only option here is to change some layout, change the name of the dashboard and delete the dashboard you have created. If you access a shared dashboard, you don't have access to the setting
