What
You want to remove all of the SDG Keywords that have been imported into your Pure.
How
If you want to remove ALL SDG Keywords from ALL Person and Research Output content records, please open the job configuration via Administrator > Cron job scheduling > Management Of Keywords Reflecting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Job > click Edit Configuration and follow the steps below:
- In Running mode section - delete the date from the Last Run Date field
- In Running mode section - set Job Run Mode to Remove keywords
- In Running mode section - set Remove keywords on content to All or Added by job (see the below note)
- In Content types section - enable both the Person and Research output content types
- (No other changes required)
- Click the Update button at the bottom of the Configuration section on the job
- Close the job.
Note on Options for Remove keywords on content:
- If you want to remove ALL the Keywords regardless of how it was created, please configure it to remove "All".
- If you would like to keep the manually added SDG keywords only, in other words, you want to remove all the automatically added SDG keywords only, please configure it to Remove keywords on content "Added by Job".
