In Pure a Person can be affiliated to the same organisation multiple times (e.g. when they have various job titles). For example:

When adding new content to these persons you will only see this affiliation listed once.

Why

When a Person is affiliated to the same organisation more than once, the affiliations are collapsed into one. This is because it is the relation from the person to the organisation that is prioritized in Pure, not the job title. This is also done because many researchers are only employed one year at a time therefore, their list of affiliations can be massive after years of employment.

In the example with 'New Elsevier University', when this Person goes to add content, although they are affiliated twice to this organisation it is listed once and with the earliest start date.
