What 

Configurable Supervisor Synchronisation job throws errors like this:

Creating Person with external id 20127456
ERROR: Did not find person with ID: 20127456
INFO: Done!

Why 

• The job can only match persons created by the Configurable Person Synchronisation job. So if the Configurable Supervisor Synchronisation job tries to run on persons created by other ways, i.e. if bulk imported or manually created, then it will throw the above error.
• If you bulk import or manually create persons, do switch to the Configurable Person Synchronisation job, then the supervisor data will be synched in properly with no errors.
• Another possibility is that the person the Configurable Supervisor Synchronisation job is looking for was not yet completely created by the time the job ran. This happens when the order of the Configurable Synchronisation jobs is not in the right order - see KB-763 on how to fix it.
