What

A client reports an error and/ or question with the master list and you want to review the full job log from the import as well as review the master list itself. Without having to ask the client to go back and send all this, there are ways to obtain this information from their Pure back end.

How

Getting the job log of the master list: you can look for the two jobs via Administrator > Jobs > Job log:

• personMasterListSynchronization
  • Will give an overview of the persons data from the master list and if any errors occurred
• organisationMasterListSynchronization
  • Will give an overview of the organisation data from the master list and if any errors occurred
    

Getting the most recent master list file: you may check two items via Master Data > File Handles:

• Author Profile Excel Data Import File
  • Here you can download the most recent master list excel file by clicking "Show file". Every time a master list import runs, a new excel file is automatically updated and saved here. As a note, you should check the modification date on the Display > System info tab to make sure it matches with the client's last import- in some cases, if the import fails, this might not be updated.
    
• Author Profile Photo Import File
  • Here you can download the photo zip file that went along with the master list by clicking "Show file". Just like with the master list file, every time the import runs a new zip file is automatically updated and saved here. As a note, you should check the modification date on the Display > System info tab to make sure it matches with the client's last import- in some cases, if the import fails, this might not be updated.
