What

There is an empty title field on your content. The title field is mandatory, but you are still able to create and save the content.

Why

It is possible to save and create content with an empty title field, if you have more submission languages and the title field is filled out in one of these languages.
A title added in all the languages is not mandatory, title is mandatory. So as long as there is a title in one of the submission languages, then the content is valid.
As example, this Test server has two submission languages, English and Danish. The title field for a Project is filled in for English:

But for Danish the title field is blank:

The content can be saved and created like this.
If you are synchronising or bulk importing content in, then you would also only need to add the title in one of the submission languages for the content to be valid.
This goes for the content types: Awards, Projects, Prizes, Applications, Press/media, Ethical reviews, Funding Opportunities, Courses, Impacts, Datasets, Facilities/Equipment and Events.
Activities do not have a mandatory title field.
Research outputs and Student thesis: these content types are different, since in the templates the mandatory fields are "Original language" and "Title of the contribution in original language". When filling these two out in one language, then the other language is automatically filled out with the same language and title.
You can below have the "Translated title of the contribution" in the different submission languages, but that is not mandatory:
Journal and Publisher: For Publisher the field is a "Name"-field, but for both content types, if you add a title/name in one submission language, then it is filled out with the same title/name in the other languages you have.
